Spring is the season of new beginnings and growth. In this two-day training we will integrate teachings from the Medicine Wheel to assess balance and direction in our life. We will examine stress, fatigue and dis-ease from an Indigenous healing perspective. We will integrate elements from the natural World, gifts from Mother Earth to help cleanse and strengthen our mind, body and spirit.

We offer an inclusive space to all participants seeking connection, self-care and an embodied understanding of well-being exploring Indigenous healing models.
